"Malvasia di Casorzo d'Asti "

A
sweet dessert wine produced in the provinces
of Asti and Alessandria. The colour varies
from ruby to cherry red, while the bouquet
is the characteristic, fragrant aroma
of Malvasia. Sweet, pleasingly aromatic
palate.
The minimum alcohol content is 10.5%,
11% for the "spumante naturale"
variety.

from grapes from vineyards in the same
winery planted with at least 90% Malvasia
di Casorzo grapes; the remaining percentage
may comprise, singly or combined, Freisa,

varieties recommended or authorised
for the provinces of Asti and Alessandria.
